OUR GOAL FOR OUR COMPANY DANCERS?

Our mission is for our kids to grow as dancers AND humans... Everyday we are working insanely hard to increase their physical strength and mental toughness. We hold our dancers to a high standard because we know how much they are capable of. We love to have fun, but we also teach our dancers that there is a time and a place for that. FOM allows outside activities because we try to teach our dancers time management early on. in their life. FOM is truly a family and a 2nd home to our dancers. Take the leap and try us out... You will NOT regret it!

COMPETITIONS/CONVENTIONS

- Petites, Power, Pre Pro, and Pro attend 3 local regional competitions, 1 mandatory convention, and an out of state nationals.

- Prime attends 1 local regional competition

DOES EVERYONE MAKE COMPANY?

Unfortunately, not every dancer that auditions is offered a spot on our team. We do make cuts when it comes to our competitive company and the dancers who are not asked to join are encouraged to train in our recreational program. We do this because we want to make sure that your dancer is fully ready to compete prior to making such a large financial and time commitment.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BULLYING AT FOM

At FOM we have a zero tolerance for bullying. Dancers and families will be and have been removed from company due to inappropriate behavior. The studio is meant to be a safe space for the dancers to learn, grow, and be themselves.

HOW DO WE PLACE DANCERS IN DIVISIONS?

At FOM we do NOT place dancers solely based on their age. We take the following criteria into consideration when finalizing division placements: skill level, maturity, dance experience, age, and work ethic. Dancers will not be put ahead because they're older or held back because they are younger.
